- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 can Black Beans
- 1 can sweet corn
- 1/4 teaspoon Cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon grounded coriander
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Chili
- pepper
- bread as a side dish

Instructions
- Drain black beans and sweet corn (otherwise you will have chili-soup). Then put all ingredients in a pot.
- Heat and done!
