Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chia seed
- 1 3/4 cup soymilk (unsweetened)
- 1-2 teaspoon agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 Mango
- 2-3 strawberries for decoration
- 4 fesh mint for decoration

Instructions
- In a bowl mix all ingridients very well with a egg beater and let rest it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Peel the mango and puree it in a blender to a cream.
- After 30 minutes your chia pudding is ready to serve: fill into glasses/bowls and add mango cream. Top with strawberries and fresh mint.
