Ingredients

soymilk (unsweetened)

agave syrup

Mango
2-3
strawberries
for decoration

fesh mint
for decoration
Instructions
In a bowl mix all ingridients very well with a egg beater and let rest it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Peel the mango and puree it in a blender to a cream.
After 30 minutes your chia pudding is ready to serve: fill into glasses/bowls and add mango cream. Top with strawberries and fresh mint.
