Ingredients
- 1 lb cabbage (red cabbage, white cabbage carrots) finely sliced
The dressing
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons cashew butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients for the dressing in a blender and add it to the cabbage in a bowl.
- Marinade for 1 hour. Seasoning to taste.
- Yum yum!
