cabbage (red cabbage, white cabbage carrots)
finely sliced
The dressing

water

cashew butter

soy sauce

apple cider vinegar

sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix all ingredients for the dressing in a blender and add it to the cabbage in a bowl.
Marinade for 1 hour. Seasoning to taste.
