Instructions
  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Dissolve honey in the lukewarm water.
  3. Add the honeywater to the flour mix while stiring. You’ll get a tough dough.
  4. Option 1: Put the dough in a loaf pan and let rest for 20 – 30 minutes in a warm location. Then place it into the cold oven and bake for 60 – 90 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
  5. Option 2: Put the dough in a loaf pan and let rest for 40 – 50 minutes in a warm location. Then place it into the preheated oven and bake for 60 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
  6. The bread is ready when it is crispy brown and when you it’ll sound hollow when knocking on it. Tilt out of the pan and let it cool on a wire rack.
