I would not have thought it could happen … But tomorrow I’m able to go to Corcovado National Park! It should be one of the most beautiful spots in Costa Rica – if believing in the ratings online and the opinion of the tourists I interviewed. Beautiful – and expensive!
Tomorrow I will go on vacation. To Corcovado!
You only can go there with a tour guide. And the costs for one person a three days stay are $ 650, -! Why three days? Because you have to walk 4 kilometers to get into the park and then another 16 kilometers in the park to get to the accommodation for the night. And you either have the 20 kilometers back the next day – or you can stay an extra night and relax in the park a little.
So I asked the agency … STOP! People, I’m sorry. Very quickly news is the title. Because I do not have time. My to-do list is still long and the night short.
It is actuallyvery quickly news…
In short: tomorrow I’ll go to Corcovado. I can not take my laptop with me – I have to carry my luggage for several days and many kilometers and my laptop weighs 3 – 4 kilograms! (If someone has a small, light one in a drawer lying around and that’s no longer needed: I would be happy to host it – that would make traveling much easier and lighter…)
And I’m not just going to Corcovado. Today I told mis padres that we are going to buy a new washing machine! The joy was great !!!!! Wow!!!!!! Not only for them!!!!!! Many thanks to you, that you have made it possible!!!!!!

And tomorrow, before I go to Corcovado, Madre Margarita, Padre Memo and I are going to buy the new washing machine. Yeiiiiiiii !!!!!!!
And now I really have to go.
I will be back in 5 or 6 days, then have only 48 hours left in San Gerardo and so many dear people from which I must say goodbye. That means it could happen that I can only report when I am at the airport or even, yikes, from home in California. There’s so much to tell… Especially the washing machine story…
